I hope everyone has a fun March Madness and nice Easter vacation. I found this to be a busy part of the year as folks are looking at summer renovations and that means looking for the best rate to refinance. Thanks to the buyers credit , I've noticed purchases are up and if the economy starts to turn for the better with lower unemployment. Summer could get interesting.
