Looks like with the tax credit, sales have spiked on the island so we will have to see the next month or so what happens. Summer is usually a time where careers change, the family moves, and home sales pick up. I've noticed in several area's now on Oahu that values have stabilized and in some area's increased. The main thing I tell homeowners is make sure you do the right thing and perform maintenance on your investment. I see so many homes that if they would have made the repairs or replacements. It would have made a difference. Now that summer is just around the corner get that list out, take your time and improve your investment with some maintenance.  Oh yeah, Plant some trees and flowers too. Have a great day
