My name is Vince Simon.

I have been working in the Honolulu area for the past seven years, and now with associates in Hawaii, Colorado and California.  My goal is to provide fast, accurate, low cost, and professional appraisals. Technology, like this website, make it easy for you to order, track and  pay for your appraisals.  It's a pleasure for me to make this appraisal process easy for you. My turn around time is approximately 3 days or less on Oahu. I do travel to Kauai and Maui with an additional day on the turn time. I would like to announce our new office in Ewa Beach Hawaii that I will be in for most of the year alternating between HAWAII AND COLORADO/ The best of both worlds and I'm excited with the professional staff and associates that I work with. We have years of experience between the staff and associates and will complete a credible report for you.
