All indicators are showing sales picking up. Although this is the time of year people move, Here is a tip for your clients/Homeowners. Make those needed repairs before the sale. Roof, Paint, Plumbing and Electrical. There are alot of FHA/VA loans and one of the setbacks is the home is not Ready for those type of loans. Make the home safe in every way. Water heater, open plugs and ceiling/J-boxes, Leaks, ETC. Always have a home inspector for any home purchase. If you prep your home for the toughest inspection, its just one step closer to selling your home in a timely manner.
